TERMS OF SERVICE
  1. Please note that all SMS/phone numbers will strictly be used for company information. We will not sell phone numbers or anything of that nature. We use the SMS/phone information to notify you about shift availability, HR related matters, compliance matters or requirements, or other Company specific information.
  2. The message frequency will be as needed and as determined by the Company
  3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply with the keyword STOP to (855) 718-1999. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can contact your coordinator or call us directly at 1-855-742-6369 or email hr@preferredhcny.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
